Annual Charity Golf Tournament
Meridian Credit Union presents the Guelph Wish Fund for Children’s 33rd Annual Golf Tournament. This event has raised over $400,000 over the years and we know that this year’s event will not disappoint. Join us for an exciting day of golf at Victoria Park East Golf Club on Friday, June 18, 2021 in support of the Guelph Wish Fund for Children’s Annual Golf Tournament. Put together a foursome, donate a prize for our online auction, or sponsor a hole – all in support of our programs and activities.
After the unfortunate cancellation of the 2020 tournament, we’re excited to be hosting this event once again in 2021. It will be a different outing than usual but we’re confident that you will still have a great time.
Registration will open at 9 a.m. with golf starting at 9:30 a.m. in 10-minute intervals instead of the traditional shotgun start because of COVID protocols. Please plan to arrive at the course 30 minutes before your tee time. A special 3- course lunch will be served as you work your way around the course. We’ll have a raffle of 3 special prizes (tickets available at the Registration Table) and a very special 14-day online auction of many enticing items. And, this year, even more fun with a few COVID-friendly prize holes to recognize your golfing proficiency!
Also, new this year will be a charitable tax receipt for a portion of the $150 registration fee (exact amount will be determined after the event when all of the costs have been finalized – likely in the $50 range).
